Jim Haynes appointed as DURA Board Member

The Mayor and City Council have been working to fill the board position on the Dover Urban Renewal Agency that has been vacant over two years. Mayor Shaha has appointed Jim Haynes to the position. The City Council will vote on the appointment at the Council meeting on February 27th. Haynes was raised in Dover where his father, D. Haynes worked as Head of Engineering for Pack River Lumber Company where Dover Bay Development is presently located. Haynes serves as Chairman of Southside Water and Sewer and lives in Sagle.
