Sandpoint Community Forum on Coal and Oil Train Traffic

The City of Sandpoint will sponsor a community forum on coal and oil train issues on January 14, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at Sandpoint City Hall, 1123 Lake Street. This will be an opportunity to hear current information about coal trains, oil trains, safety for our citizens and communities, and actions that may be taken.

The public is invited, along with federal, state, and local representatives.  Railroad representatives from Burlington Northern-Santa Fe, Montana Rail Link, and Union Pacific are also invited. Please bring your questions, comments, and concerns.
