SUBJECT: Administrative Application, City File #ADMIN083-23
Please be advised that the City of Dover has received an administrative site plan
review application from Vtt, Inc. for a low-intensity parks and recreation use
consisting of walking and biking trails and parking lot off West Pine St., File number
ADMIN083-23. The applicant is requesting approval of an existing trail system and
the proposed relocation of a parking lot and access serving the site.
